Users using the Standard (paid) Edition can contact us via our helpdesk regarding how to use Coati. We do not accept inquiries via telephone or email. You can contact us in either Japanese or English. Inquiries are accepted 24 hours and we response during business hours (GMT + 9) of SIOS Technology.
The business day of SIOS Technology Inc. is weekdays except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in Japan.

Maintenance
Coati does not have regular maintenance with service outage. If we need to carry out maintenance requiring service outage, we will announce the service outage period at least three business days in advance.

Coati is available for companies headquartered in Japan and the United States and their users only. We do not provide services to customers in other countries.
